Who We Are
AIM Network is the source for Asset Management capacity building in Atlantic Canada. We are a not-for-profit organization connecting individuals and organizations to advance the knowledge base and practice of asset management in communities across Atlantic Canada.
About the Conference
This annual Atlantic Asset Management Conference is the premier Asset Management centered event for municipalities and local governments of all sizes in Atlantic Canada. This event provides them the opportunity to:

Share their asset management experiences.

Connect with and learn from their peers and colleagues about new approaches and practices.

Gather information and knowledge from professionals, advisers, and other presenters.

Learn about services and products available to support them in the asset management planning process; and

Hear from Provincial governments on direction and support for municipal asset management.

Each year a different Atlantic province hosts the conference. This year’s event will be held in St. John's, Newfoundland, and we look forward to welcoming friend and colleagues from throughout Atlantic Canada.
Who Attends This Conference
Municipal staff and elected officials, regulators and those who support asset management through the provision of services, tools and resources. We anticipate approximately 80 municipal staff, elected officials, provincial government and private sector participants to attend this year's conference.
Supporting Partners
AIM Network does not charge membership fees. Our goal is to keep our resources available to all communities without annual fees. To do this we rely on supporting partners to help the organization grow and host various events. Companies and organizations interested in supporting the practice of asset management in Atlantic Canada can become a sponsor and/or exhibitor at the 2024 Atlantic Asset Management Conference.

Sponsorship Rules

All sponsorship fees must be received at least three weeks prior to commencement of event to receive recognition at the event, or three months before to be included on conference giveaways.

Conference registration fees are extra (i.e., are not included in sponsorship fee), except where discounts are noted.

Copy of logos, promotional materials, etc. must be provided to AIM Network no later than October 25th, 2024.

Sponsor recognition on website and promotional materials will commence as soon as feasible following payment of sponsorship fee. Sponsors should provide AIM Network with their logo.

Conference addresses to be no longer than stated and should focus on the conference theme.
